I came across the forum from Dylan's YouTube last week, and have been lurking since. I'm 37, work a decent amount of hours yet still get my sessions in. Work days are wake up at 4:30/5am, at work by 6, and work till 5:30-7 daily. Then the gym after work, home for dinner, and usually lay down around around 11.. But that will change since we have a week old newborn, so I'll go to the gym during my lunch break here soon to be home with our little one.

Body weight as of now is 167/170, 5'10", and 12%. I've reverse dieted up to 60f, 350/375c and 165p. All calories are from whole foods, and haven't taken any enhancers since 03 or so.

Looking to do a pure essence recomp stack, then pct. And wanted to get some experienced recommendations here.

I'd like to see you bump that protein up a bit on your diet and get closer to 1.5g per pound of bodyweight

Yeh Dylan lets get something laid out brother. From what I've read most stacks will yield added mass, and fat loss at the same time. Win win! I don't need a specific cutting stack since Sarms work so well.

Thank you sir. New borns/kids are work, but worth it. Loving it, and making adjustments.

Welcome bro! I also lurked many body building forums but I must say out of all my favorite and one I'm most confident in is this one. I've watched Dylan's videos since I was 17 always question wether or not id use roids and I must say if not for Dylan and how well he educated me in his videos I probably would have used roids without ANY proper knowledge on knowing its detrimental for my age and ruin my health. Dylan is one of the most well educated and experienced body builders in the game you've made the right choice coming here. You're now apart of a family so welcome again bro.

Heck yeh, I agree. I've stayed away from the gear since 03 or so, and that was one cycle. For me, there's too many fake, diluted, re-labeled, risk, or side effects. Not saying Sarms are 100% safe, because anything can be abused if not followed appropriately. But from what I've heard(YouTube) and read, this is a better choice with the correct guidance. Plus I don't need the adverse affects now that I'm a father, and may even have more later.

For me, I'd like a honest 6-8lbs of LBM. Cutting isn't hard for me, I was 195 and 23%, dialed in my macros, stayed consistent, and cut down to 163 and 7.5%bf with no more than a hour of cardio a week. And at that point, carbs were still at 160/170 daily. Carbs were only minimized if weight stabilized. That's when I decided to reverse diet, and 4 months later I was at 75f/450c/210p.

1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
