My lurking here is over, time to grow

I came across the forum from Dylan's YouTube last week, and have been lurking since. I'm 37, work a decent amount of hours yet still get my sessions in. Work days are wake up at 4:30/5am, at work by 6, and work till 5:30-7 daily. Then the gym after work, home for dinner, and usually lay down around around 11.. But that will change since we have a week old newborn, so I'll go to the gym during my lunch break here soon to be home with our little one.

Body weight as of now is 167/170, 5'10", and 12%. I've reverse dieted up to 60f, 350/375c and 165p. All calories are from whole foods, and haven't taken any enhancers since 03 or so.

Looking to do a pure essence recomp stack, then pct. And wanted to get some experienced recommendations here.

welcome brother! i would look into something simple like ldg/gw/s4 for starts. since you havent touched anything in awhile.Being 12%, you are in range for the s4 to be effective as a hardener,but you would want to shed alittle bf.
 
And received my package today. Currently trying to get my routine down as well as some sort of sleep pattern with our newborn. I'm lucky to get 4, maybe 5 hrs sleep at the moment, so my training has been postponed.
