Yea basically that's about where I'm going with my diet i slowly dropping fats and going lean protein as your body well mine drops you have to make changes I'll probably end up with 50fats when it's all said and done...but I'm about to take my diet and training to another level I think I would like to compete in bodybuilding u know small stuff just to prove that I can have a buddy that bodybuilder have a 6pack that's close to perfectionTell that to the ketostiks I was peeing on every day..they indicated dark purple 160ng/dL full blown ketosis
you know...there is difference between reading about something and actual having an experience with it

I'll summarize it for you:

The diet requires eating 6 small meals a day and it recommends the following foods for the initial 1st phase:
• Lean chicken, beef, veal, turkey, eggs, and fish. (even the skin of chicken must be removed before cooking and not eaten)
• Spices, herbs, tabasco sauce, pepper, and salt.
• Tea, coffee, and diet soda.
• 8 glasses of water a day are necessary.
• Fats, oils, condiments, and butter are NOT allowed.
. It also bans any kinds of fruits, carbohydrates vegetables, oils, sugars, and fats.
