started 17 y/o 195, 27% bf
i just finished my third competition mens physique and qualified for a national show to get my pro card if i place well. this off season i want to put on serious mass about 5-10lbs of lean muscle for the stage. my coach recommend a sarms product called "superdrox" gprnutrition(oral) ill be taking in a week. one of the pros i met in a competition recommended "deca" and "super test" to take for my off season.
MY QUESTION to all which would be helpful from you all is how to start on this cycle? what to go with it ex. any aromatose inhibitors? how many mg per week to start? pct advice or stacks? just basic info would be helpful. im doing my own research of course but info from multiple sources would be helpful i want to do it safely as possible my first time around.
Also this will be my first time taking the sarms product can i stack it with the deca and super test?
I do know a lot about diet and nutrition and I love being natural but if I want to compete and place well at the national show I am doing next year So i need to get bigger by next year, naturally I know I can put on quality muscle at my age with the proper diet and nutrition I know but something that we'll give me quick quality results would be helpful in the level I'm competing at.
