I am 20 years old and have been dedicated to training now for around 3/4 years, i have always been physically active and have also played professional rugby and studied physiology.
Recently (within the last 2 years) i have started weight training and i am focused on becoming a professional physique model, i am 5ft 8 and sitting at around 8% body fat.
The reason for the email is that i have been struggling to gain muscle lately and therefore i am going to be honest and say that i considered the use of anabolic steroids, my knowledge on them comes from your videos and a few weeks ago i watched your 'effects on underage steroid use' and have decided that i was being a naive teenager and that is not the route i want to go down for now.
I am asking for some advice on other methods to gain muscle, my training programme includes progressive overload and i count macros and like to think that my diet is pretty solid, i rarely have cheat meals and i train 5 times a week, one cardio session at 5am and one weight session around 6:45pm.
Is there any option for the use of sarms at my age, or just some general advice to gain some extra muscle and vascularity as my body is pretty defined i just lack vascularity which is a big problem in someone who's aim is to become a physique competitor. Any advice would be much appreciated.
