Hello guys I'm 15 years old and I got some fat left in belly (not very much) and I am 1.90cm and 75 kilos. One year ago I was 90 kilos, so I lost 15Kilos in one year.Now I am pretty thin but I have got still some belly fat as I already said, mostly lower in my belly. How many calories do I need to take daily in order to lose this fat and grow some muscle at the same time? And is it bad doing cardio after weight workout?I do cardio 6-7 times per week and weights 4-5.

If you are going to do cardio, I'd do it before your workout not directly after.

Great thread about nutrition for sure.
However. I'm on the opposite side for cardio. I think doing it before my workouts really have a negative impact on my lifts. And I like finishing with cardio to help flush the muscles with blood. Just may be my preference.
OP - are you mixing up your cardio or doing all steady state? Check out tabata. It's a great way to finish up a workout or lighter cardio session. And it only adds a few minutes. It's like a four minute session.

At your age the lil bit of belly fat has more to do with your diet than anything else. I prefer to do cardio directly after my wieght training that way I can get the best out of my lifts without tiring myself. Cardio before wieght training never made any sense to me
 
I personally prefer post-workout cardio as I'm able to push it more in the gym hitting the weights first. In the grand scheme of things, the order doesn't really matter all too much so long as you can keep the intensity up.
 
I think at 15 years old you should be doing two a days run in the morning before school and lifting at night. Burn out brother
