Hello guys I'm 15 years old and I got some fat left in belly (not very much) and I am 1.90cm and 75 kilos. One year ago I was 90 kilos, so I lost 15Kilos in one year.Now I am pretty thin but I have got still some belly fat as I already said, mostly lower in my belly. How many calories do I need to take daily in order to lose this fat and grow some muscle at the same time? And is it bad doing cardio after weight workout?I do cardio 6-7 times per week and weights 4-5.
