you dont need a pct at all.. 6 months to a year is the optimal dosing... yes, 4 weeks off and you can get back on again but if you want to go go for a year, you most certainly can...
Run it for 6 months to a year like Dylan said if you want to keep reaping the benefits. When you come off there is no PCT. just take whatever time off you choose and then you can go back on. MK-677 is a different type of compound like GH where you could essentially just stay on it for as long as you'd like for its effects

Seriously! It's ridiculous how hungry you get! I've been on it for a little over a week. Make sure you keep sodium down and potassium up or else you will get serious bloat on MK. The sleep is nice and it seems to add size pretty quick!

Tbh I can't really tell anything has changed with my skin yet. Being 22 any change may not seem drastic enough to notice, but time will tell. I shit you not tho I have more little peach fuzz like hair growing along my temples and hairline where it receded a few mm. A few of these hairs have darkened and grown out. I'm pretty surprised by that, but that may be due to me combining protandim with mk677 which can at times have that effect alone just not as drastic. Maybe mk677 is amplifying the effects of protandim. I'm not sure, but all I know is that I can't stop playing with my super soft hair! Lol! Oddly tho I must point out that before my hair felt like this it actually went through a scary shed. Nothing too drastic, but noticeable. I'm going to keep on trucking since I'm only about 3 weeks in if that.

hair is definitely an area you will see improvement... bro, theres an abundance of things that are going to improve as time goes on... your just in in the initial phase but trust me, it continues to get better every month, as you are seeing!

I have been having some pains in certain places such as my wrist and lower back and my left jaw joint in the mornings. I also noticed my wrists being a bit more stiff especially my right. When can I expect these sides to subside? I think I'm approaching week 5 of taking mk677.

thats not a direct correlation at all and in fact, its supposed to heal joint pain, not cause it bro so its not attributed to 677 use...
