I started my SARM run on August 19. I immediately noticed dramatic increases in endurance. Played 2 hours of basketball on Sunday and never got tired. Ran the floor better than when I was 24...I'm 34. I think the MK is just starting to work. Muscles seem fuller and starting to look more vascular. I'm 6'0 and 190 lbs. Have not lost weight but appear a bit leaner. Endurance in the weight room has also increased. Not very much rest time bw sets required. Strength is mediocre at best to begin with, but appears to be improving along w the endurance. Sleep is improved as I normally don't get great sleep. The most interesting thing about this run is that I have had Achilles tendinitis for over a year in both of my Achilles. The inflammation has gone down and the irritating pain is almost gone. So far, so good.
