I am really impressed with your workout routines. The programming, exercise selection/rep schemes are all on point. I see trainers at my gym having their female clients doing all sorts of stupid stuff. Granted, not everyone has the same goals, but I have talked to some of these girls and most say "I am trying to build muscle and loose fat." All I can think is "Not on that program your not." My thoughts are only confirmed when they look the same 1 year and thousands of dollars later. Anyways, kudos and props for a well structured workout and nutrition program. Keep up the good work Miss Bizz.
Thank you very much... really appreciate the support. I do struggle with my diet but slowly I'm working through that. Training...I love it...I love trying new things and lifting heavy become a really big interest of mine...this cycle is really turning more into a recomp...I'm not really losing like I'd like to but I'm lifting heavier and my muscles are prominently growing. 😀

The training philosophy of many trainers for women is skewed IMO. I agree, very solid workout plan.
I agree...I don't think some trainers even know how to train a woman, and I think it's more up to the woman to want to expand and be open to try new things. IMO
 
I agree. The hardest thing about training a female is their diet!! They are so sensitive to carbs and fats. We really still haven't nailed down her diet yet

Thank you. My diet has been a struggle but I think I've figured out I really just need to experiment and see how certain foods treat me! My quads are growing quite well and my upper back. I'm still battling the lower back and abdominal region.

I upped my calories but they are still a little low yesterday was slightly over 1500 and today slightly under 1500. My fats I have increased dropped carbs down and have kept protein the same. I'm going to test this for 2 weeks and see how I respond.

Yesterday was rest day. Today was my hour long hiit class. It was difficult tonight, my mouth was very dry and I was extremely thirsty. My water intake today during the day wasn't as much as usual which is probably the cause.
 
Been very busy at work so I haven't been able to get on much. My workouts lagged this week however my strength is way up. Went for my first outside run on Friday felt great other than my knee is a little sore.

Great workout. So your roughly a month in since your first logs. Can you and big B see a difference in your body? Can people at your gym see a difference. Im just curious because you are so focused and dialed in.

Yes we see a difference, clearly in my upper back, my arms and chest area are leaner, and my muscles are showing more. My weight isn't budging, my lower back and abs do not seem to be doing anything just yet. I tend to wear clothes that do not show those areas and my body fluctuates all the time. I'm not going to lie this has been a struggle. But I'm hanging in there!
