Thank you very much... really appreciate the support. I do struggle with my diet but slowly I'm working through that. Training...I love it...I love trying new things and lifting heavy become a really big interest of mine...this cycle is really turning more into a recomp...I'm not really losing like I'd like to but I'm lifting heavier and my muscles are prominently growing.I am really impressed with your workout routines. The programming, exercise selection/rep schemes are all on point. I see trainers at my gym having their female clients doing all sorts of stupid stuff. Granted, not everyone has the same goals, but I have talked to some of these girls and most say "I am trying to build muscle and loose fat." All I can think is "Not on that program your not." My thoughts are only confirmed when they look the same 1 year and thousands of dollars later. Anyways, kudos and props for a well structured workout and nutrition program. Keep up the good work Miss Bizz.
