Don't get me wrong, I'm totally into weed, there's just a way to do it with minimal sacrifice to muscle function.

I don't drink, don't do smokes, but weed I wouldn't give up for the world.

join the club... =) if i didnt have it to mellow out and relax i dont know what i would do... i assure you this, my work efficiency, level of concentration and overall quality of work rises ten fold with use... i was a deans list student in college the years i smoked before class every day... when i didnt, i was always a 3.0 because i just was not nearly as interested or intrigued... ive never felt it negatively effected me in any way except for the extremely strong indicas that just put you to sleep but clearly if you know your shit, you would not be using them during the day or in times you needed to be fully aware and efficient...

Chronic exposure of laboratory animals, such as rats, mice, and monkeys to marijuana and to the various cannabinoids in marijuana has altered the function of several of the accessory reproductive organs. Reports of reduced prostate and seminal vesicle weights, as well as altered testicular function, have been partially explained by the effect of marijuana in lowering serum testosterone needed for proper function and support." I don't think this would make a world of difference if you're running AAS. I'd say smoke it up just don't do it in excess(still kills your lung capacity, you're putting smoke into your lungs).

I'm skeptical because I thought weed was a ghrelin stimulator or something. I'm pretty sure it's been proven to increase metabolism and improve blood sugar too so if it decreases all those hormones it's kind of contrary in my view.

I'm familiar with this. That's not representative due to
- Doses are not representative of human comsumption
- THC was inspected independently of over 300 or so cannabinoids that work synergistically when you smoke weed
- The combined effect works via CB-1 and CB-2 as well as GP5 type receptors that offset each other, you cannot isolate one compound and compare it to consumption of the entire physiological array.

Trust me, I know my cannabinoids, I got 2 awards for my publications in the matter. If I know anything, I know cannabinoids, and I know binging on Cannabinoids :)
 
i can confirm this with marijuana use... it most certainly increases metabolism which is what induces the hunger... if you can hold off eating when this occurs, you can definitely cut weight as well... its clearly not easy but i can manage often.. its all in your mind although when i hit the deep dark indicas, im too fucking spent to get up and cook shit... LOLLLL

do you see it effecting me in a negative way... fuck no it doesn't hurt anything you are doing... that's all a crock of shit.. ive been smoking for over 20 years bro...
 
Man, I've tried working out stoned, and it just does NOT work out for me lmao. I get way too lazy and just can't get into it. However, I have found that when I smoke post workout, I feel absolutely amazing! It relaxes my tense muscles sooo much. It also gives me somewhat of a pump and I can't stop flexing in my bathroom mirror haha. Does anyone else get a nice pump right after smoking, or is it just me??
 
i would never work out stoned, not at all but at night or when im typing articles etc. then its a must but i never recommend using it before working out
 
Depends on tolerance. I used to smoke blunts immediately before going on 10+ mile runs...it was actually a part of my pre workout ritual...but as a continuous daily smoker it obviously isn't going to effect me the same as a guy who smokes a only gram a day for example. Don't buy the lung capacity BS that only applies to tobacco smoke.
 
Come on man. Pick either the bong or the dumbbells. I'm tired of hearing about personal vices on a steroid/sarm forum. It shouldn't be allowed.
