ive smoked both during workouts,and both are great for workouts for me personally but then again i smoke all the time and im sure its different person to person but i would have to say i lean more towards sativas for this specific purpose as well

i smoke before, sometimes during and definitely after. Its varies everyday, sometimes bump into friends at the gym shit turns into a session and they too have better workouts with this method. There are some days (very few) i smoke none prior due to other factors

I do live in Northern California, that should shed some light on things haha ! Give you a better idea. We are all cannabis patients as well
 
How do you guys keep from devouring everything in the fridge after blazing??That's my main problem.That's why I only toke up maybe once a week,sometimes twice at the most.
 
When I was an everyday smoker i felt it helped focus in the gym and of course appetite but now it's rare and I get a bit lazier. However I saw no inhibition in muscle growth my last cycle, but then again... The weed is up against steroids lol

I can definitely agree with the concentration and the muscle mind connection that weed can offer. It also helped my marathon running quite a bit too (back when I used to still do it). No better way to increase your appetite.
