Maintaining/gaining muscle mass as a new recruit

Hi,
Next week i'm being recruited to the military (mandatory) and i'm going to do a 3 months LGD-4033 cycle in order to maintain/gain some muscle mass.
I won't be able to train as hard since the military has shitty priorities, but i'll keep my diet in check. Unfortunately i'll be able to train really hard only on weekends, doing full body workouts. During the week i'll try to use my resistance band and bodyweight exercises to pump some blood into the muscles.
Now i know what you guys are gonna say, it's a waste of time and money and you shouldn't do it. I want to do it because if i won't be able to maintain my muscle mass and fall out of shape i'll fall into deep depression which have happened before. So there's no chance for me to give that up.
So after all of that (haha) my question boils down to this; Can i expect some gains during those 3 months even if the training isn't as frequent but the diet is in check? I know the gains won't be a whole lot because of the training part, but can i expect anything at all? This will be my first cycle ever by the way. I plan to do a couple of more cycles in later months after proper PCT and enough rest.
Important note: This is only a temporary solution. After around the 3 months mark i'll be able to go to gym much more.
This is what i plan to do:
LGD-4033 10mg a.m for 12 weeks

PCT weeks 13-16:
Clomid 50/25/25/25
Nolvadex 20/20/20/20
GW 20mg

Why not just wait the 3 months when you can get the full potential from the cycle? Seems like a waste of resources to me. I'd be willing to bet the gains will be minimal at best
 
I'm thinking about running LGD for 5mg for 8 weeks (i know it's not optimal) just to test how my body reacts to it. After around the 2 months mark i'll start a serious cycle in order to make good gains.
Honestly i have a lot to gain since i'm not incredibly mascular (although i do hold noticable muscle on my frame, just not enough to my liking).
 
I'm thinking about running LGD for 5mg for 8 weeks (i know it's not optimal) just to test how my body reacts to it. After around the 2 months mark i'll start a serious cycle in order to make good gains.
Honestly i have a lot to gain since i'm not incredibly mascular (although i do hold noticable muscle on my frame, just not enough to my liking).
You can do whatever you want. It just doesn't make sense to me to half ass it on dosing, cycle length, and training. I can tell you already that no matter how your body reacts it will be far less than if you did it all correctly
 
Yeah it sucks i don't have much options right now.. I think you're right, i'll probably wait until the gym will be accesiable for me everyday and train hard along with the cycle.

I know it's a dumb question many people ask but i'll phrase it differently; What gains have you experienced personally or from people you know from such cycle? I'm not asking how much i'll gain since it's impossible to answer, but from your experience?

thats a complete waste.. i have no clue why you are intent on wasting money and time but thats up to you.. you do whatever you want but you are going to be very disappointed and its just a sad waste...

Anywhere from zero gains to maybe 6 or 7 lbs. As you can see it really does no good to speculate. Nobody knows. Just do your best with diet and training and give yourself the best response your genetics will allow
