This is my first post here so if I'm not doing something right or posting in the wrong section please point me in the right direction. I recently had my first blood work panel a few weeks ago from a real sought out doctor. Definitely legit and deals with strictly bodybuilders and powerlifters. I've had trouble losing fat even on a strict diet and training program, I've tried multiple diets and stuck with them each for about two months. No cheating here and there I am very self disciplined. My body fat was always the same if not close to where I started. I then decided to hit a calorie surplus to hit a big bulk cycle. My body fat again stayed the same and I weigh the exact same. I train 6 times a week for at least a hour and half and hit cardio for a minimum of 20 minutes. I've completely changed my training routines worked with multiple coaches at different gyms all of them telling me that my training is on point. I then talked to a few people who told me I should get some blood work done. I got my results back today and not surprised there are multiple things wrong. Keep in mind that I have never done a cycle even though I believe that's in my future. My test total was at 378 my overall free test was at 8. My e2 was at 44.6! I was recommended to take zma for low bilirubin I was also recommend to take biodim for high e2? Just curious if this sounds right to everyone? Is there something else that I should be taking instead? Would something else work better to lower e2? I was also recommend mk2866 or yk11
