I’ve ran the same 12 week cycle suggested by Dylan twice and have gotten good results.
Cycle:
Weeks 1-12
GW, 20mg dosed in the a.m
S4 50MG, split 25mg 4-6 hours apart
MK, 25mg first two weeks then bumped up to 50 mg per day split at the same time as the S4
Week 13-16
Clomid 50,25,25,25
GW, 20MG
Current stats:
21M , 5’8 163lbs (roughly 14-15% BF)
I pack muscle on relatively well, however I’d like to get to 10-12% BF for the summer, assuming this doesn’t play mess up my test levels and would like to stay there year round if it’s healthy.
My diet is 90% clean, and now that school is finishing up , and I don’t crave chest meals ever, it will improve inevitably.
I’m not sure if it would be best to look for more of a cutting or a recomp cycle, I know diet is more important at the end of the day. I’m open to hearing suggestions of a good cycle to start within the next week and will be using umbrella labs cuz I know there legit.

- Only side effect ive gotten from cycle is acne. Would it be dangerous to use a low dose of isotrentonin assuming I have a good source for it?
- Suggestions for macros or calories on the cut? Should I aggressively cut or cut slowly over the time. I’ve received mixed answers.
