Hey guys, I'm new to this forum but not new to lifting. Over the last few weeks I have watched pretty much all of Dylan's videos and have given me some great insight but wanted to see what other advice I could personally get.
Stats:
44yrs old
TRT since I was 35 (levels were at 137)
6'
240lbs
18%BF (I also have loose skin so I don't know if that is also apart of that)
I have been lifting for the last 5 years consistently- 3 times a week, I also do HIIT 5-6 days a week for about 45-50 mins, I run 5k's and also do terrain races. I take 200mg of Cyp once a week, HCG weekly and Anastrozole twice weekly. I have within the last few years increased my test to 400 a week for 6-8 weeks and then gone back to my regular levels.
Reason for my post is I would like to implement something else besides test and haven't really seen anything for those who are on TRT. I'd like to put on more lean mass, and a bigger increase in my lifting, I also saw the video and read up on GW and SR9009 which I feel would definitely help me. So is there a next step for someone who is on TRT who would like to get bigger beyond just test?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
