You should use 25mgs osta (mk2866) per day, not 30 or 20. Add 25mgs of clomid per day for 3 weeks along with the pct you have.
sorry i am extrmely new to this so i start the 12 week cycle with 25mg ostarine ed< just out of curiosity why 25 instead of thirty i figured doing exactly 1ml would make it easier to measure?, then 3 weeks before i am done i star chlomid ed with the hc generate. what about the ai and do i continue the hcgenerate even after the cycle is over? i thought you continued pct after the cycle was done? i really appreciate all of the help

That's correct, the last 4 weeks of clomid/hcgenerate.
Aromasin you don't need, just keep on hand in case of gyno.
You got it right - use Clomid with HCGenerate ES for PCT, there is no need to use HCGenerate on cycle. SARMs do not aromatise, so there is no need to use aromasin. However, you can never be too safe, so have some on hand just in case, and you will be good to go.
sorry your still confusing me with the pct thing. do i use chlomid and hc generate at any part of the cycle or immediately after i finish the ostarine andgw? how will i know if i need the aromisin and wont it be too late if i see gyno? i have everything down but the pct just really onfused how that works. i amnot sure if i use chlomid during the cycle in the last four weeks and then add hcgenerate or the oter way arounf using both immediately after finishing the cycle? sory just getting confused
You use hcgenerate and clomid after you finish your osta, 2 days after last done.
That's not going to happen, no one is doing that these days.
That is exactly when you start taking your PCT compounds....that's the reason it is called post cycle therapy - because it comes after the cycle.
50% protein, 30% fat, 20% carbs is a good balance for a bodybuilder-style diet.
I agree - this would be the optimal diet to follow on your cycle.
