My right knee has always given me problems. (I had surgery on it when I was 13.) The last few days it has been particularly sore. I never felt like I had hurt it. No pop or tear. I went to the doctor and of course I’ll be having a MRI, but he’s pretty sure that I have a tear in my meniscus. And the cartilage under my patella is almost gone.
My question is for those that have had knee problems. What are you able to do in the gym without further injuring your knee, yet still working your legs?
