Kind of new member

Hello everyone! I actually joined about a month or two ago after watching a video about SARMS on YouTube and was interested in learning about them. I found Dylan's videos on YouTube and basically watched all of them that had to do with SARMS. I thought about doing a cycle but I figured I could probably wait for awhile since I'm a lightweight (145 pounds :D). I have been lifting for about 2 years with 6 months of being serious about it lol. My main priority was strength which I gained a lot of. My current PRS are a 405 deadlift for 3 285 squat for 4 and 225 bench for 3. I'm planning on doing an extensive bulk and would love some advice on an upper lower split. My diet is pretty average normally but when I get serious it's point perfect (micro and macros included). I've been lerking in every subforum to learn about basically everything I can. Even though I have no intentions of dabbling in anabolics at the moment I love reading about how different compounds work. I'm hoping one day I can help contribute to the discussion about it all but for now I'm in sponge form and taking all the the information I can get :)

A lot :D I plan on watching them all again lmao. I want to learn everything there is to SARMS

welcome brother! im glad to see you posting... its GREAT to sit and read and wtach my videos and learn as you have been doing... I really respect that however its also great to do what your doing now and posting as well.. when you contribute your thoughts and experiences, it does so much for so many people so that is greatly appreciated as well bro...

Very impressive lifts for your size man...


what are your full stats? age/height/weight/body fat?

I would be more than happy to get you going in the right direction to bulk... you don't need anabolic to bulk either... you could run a sarms bulking stack and put on some very nice, clean and sustainable size... let me know and i'll help you as much as possible...

My full stats are age 21 height 5"7 weight 5"7 and I'm between 10-12% body fat I think :) I would love all the help I can get! I generally just ran powerlifting routines

at your age, i would not recommend anabolics at all, but you already stated you had no interest which I LOVE to hear... that is the right mind set...

we can get you on a sarms bulking stack though and you will love it... i have to say that i assume your diet needs some work as well so what I recommend is posting your diet and your goal in the diet section and get some help in that area as well... Here is the stack


1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

9-12 daa

Mini pct 13-16
