Hello everyone! I actually joined about a month or two ago after watching a video about SARMS on YouTube and was interested in learning about them. I found Dylan's videos on YouTube and basically watched all of them that had to do with SARMS. I thought about doing a cycle but I figured I could probably wait for awhile since I'm a lightweight (145 pounds
). I have been lifting for about 2 years with 6 months of being serious about it lol. My main priority was strength which I gained a lot of. My current PRS are a 405 deadlift for 3 285 squat for 4 and 225 bench for 3. I'm planning on doing an extensive bulk and would love some advice on an upper lower split. My diet is pretty average normally but when I get serious it's point perfect (micro and macros included). I've been lerking in every subforum to learn about basically everything I can. Even though I have no intentions of dabbling in anabolics at the moment I love reading about how different compounds work. I'm hoping one day I can help contribute to the discussion about it all but for now I'm in sponge form and taking all the the information I can get
