Keto guy looking to lean out - SARM Newb too!!

Hey good People,

I'm glad to have found this forum after hearing about SARMS on a podcast and then viewing Dylan's vids on YouTube. I've been doing Keto about 9months and have lost 30lbs so far in conjunction with Intermittent Fasting and HIIT. Due to my family schedule I can only get in about 1 or 2 workouts per week and sleep in a biphasic fashion due to my wife and I working opposite shifts (also have 1.5y/o and 4y/o boys). I know sleep is important but I'm making due.

My stats...
40y/o, 5'9", 182lbs, roughly 13-15%BF (is my guestimation, no Dexa scan available), eat Keto (Targeted Keto when I have energy for heavy lift), do Intermittent Fasting 16-18hrs daily, No medications or serious health issues, take Krill Oil supplement only. No SARMs or Steriod use ever. Do need the 420 though! I'm over trying to be huge, at my age my goal is to be lean. I do home workouts/HIIT consisting of squats, pull-ups, dips, planks, calisthenics and occasional rope work. I'd love to be in an actual gym, but this is where I am at this point with time and family constraints.

My question: Given my lifestyle noted above, what SARM is best suited to help me lean out? Many thanks Folks and I hope I didn't leave out any critical info.

hey bro... thanks for being so detailed, that really helps and you didnt over do it either... a rare breath of fresh air... okay, so im sure your aware of this but i have to say it anyway, just to be clear, at 1-2 workouts a week, you can't expect what you would normally get as though you were training regularly... however, if you can add in 3 extra days of cardio at home, and i mean real cardio, then that would help a lot... given your goal and circumstances, i would start with the six pack stack... with gw and sr 9009, your going to get huge endurance, fat loss and a huge increase in metabolism and s4 is going to provide strength, lean muscle, energy, etc... you don't want to sacrifice muscle and with s4, you won't have to do that as long as your diet is conducive... here are the links to purchase everything you need followed by the layout..

1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart

1-12 means 12 weeks

1-12 means week one through 12

Dylan laid the full pct out for you as well as a link to get it.

Its Clomid and gw. Clomid is 50mg per day the first week then 25mg per day the rest of the 4 week pct. GW is 20mg per day

you might already know this, but most good gyms will have a whole quarantined play area for kids that you can just drop them off and get your work out in. something to look into if you havent and really want to get that gym time in

I don't sleep enough to get in there just yet. Since my wife and I work opposite shifts, I sleep 2.5 - 3hours twice per day - it's just enough to survive but not ideal. I know, I need a new job haha.

yes, on larger orders especially... its to protect against fraud to make sure its actually you ordering... many people attempt fraud when ordering from a research site... its perfectly normal bro
