the high fat version..bacon cheese etc is BRUTAL on your lipids
the first time I did keto...30 years ago..before I was diagnosed hypo-gonadal
The diet was called Stillman diet....very little fat allowed...even had to take the skin off chicken breast..couldn't even use lemon on fish
super high protein, super low carbs..no added fat
I went from 236lbs to 180lbs in 6 weeks
I was lucky and transitioned back to a "normal" healthy diet without gaining any thing back
In 6 weeks I lost
6 weeks now that is a fat loss. Im glad you transitioned to a normal healthy diet. Alot of ppl binge when they Diet down to hard
