As far as keto and protien goes and hear comes the arguement. But the ketogenic diet made popular by atkins was targeted in the begging and most literature still is at sedintary obeise individuals . UNUSED PROTIEN will convertert to glucose and have the possibility of stopping ketosis . Now someone doing intemse resistance training and cardio daily will have a higher carb number for staying in ketosis also a bodybuilder on anabolic steroids is going too be using up that gram per lb easily so even if a little of it is converted too glucose you burn that up so fast training its rediculous . remeber those guidlines were meant for some fat fuck that doesnt get off his couch
75 is not keto. that s LCHF. Salt is not the problem, actually the only problem with the real keto diet is that we are too much scared of eating animal fat. Please note that we are scared to eat enough salt 2, and i mean by ”salt” not that white shit from the promo local grocery next to the Captain America. WE need natural vitamins and minerals so we not just replace the lost water that got flushed with electrolytes but to add some more in the top of that . A good and healty salt is sea salt. Or go online and find some 30 somthing salts that you can t find them naturally in any type of modern food. I forgot the details hope im not wrong thou, if i am ,sorry ,look for it. And ...the next problem....Not enough fibers. And i m not talking about fruits. Yes you can get some piece of your furniture, that s fiber and no calories. But it is otpimal ?? No. Fibers has no taste. I hear no one eating cabbage on this diet. Or salad. No dressing. Or raw brocolli. Once you boile those fibers to ”get the taste” you have there some sugar. And i was talking from the beggining of KETO. Not LCHF and not Paleo. Even thou those 2 are... the shit ! Back to fruits. Me for example once I got into a piece of fruit I tend to eat more and some fucking more till I, for sure get over 35-40 grams of carbs at once to 400grams. ”yes but that s fruits ! its healty ” Sure it is. Nobody can argue about that. 1 kilo of green apples will allways beat the fuck out of 1 kilo of pizza -meatfeast- stuffed crusted with pp and garlic. I m not saying that you should do meth and cock to get rid of those carbs cravings but as long you are going to suffer for a little while... i don t know what to say, try to see the results ,the glory beyond your present tears, or just... man the fuck up. 100 years ago our grand grand fathers used to have 50% more testosterone and no it s not about the chemicals 100%. It s about carbs folks! they didn t have all of those 1000 types of pasta and 40 types of pizza and pancakes at breafast and #realfood before going to the gym (also natty). Carbs are the biggest bogus ,nowdays, at all the times... the biggest drug. There is no such drug as modern food. Yes ”they ”put those chemicals into everyfuckingthing, meat too. But you should just stay the fuck away from carbs. Try this shit for at least 14 days. Just try it. Get the minimum supplements you can put your hands on, the cheapest multivitamins&minerals. You gotta be a fucking zen to eat moderate carbs nowdays, unless you take drugs. Sorry. This is the truth. Its sucks. If you re willing to get into #KETO you should at least know what Ketosis is to not be that mad bro saying everywhere ”tried keto but it sucks !”

Sorry but unless you are eating like 600g+ of protein a day there is no way it is dropping you out of ketosis. The unused protein portion of the typical keto dieter would be non existent. Unused protein can be converted into glucose yes but in an extremely low carb, moderately high protein and high fat diet that is still within a caloric deficit of some sort isn't going to have room for extra protein to be converted. If you were you'd definitely have to eat low fats and raise your protein significantly.
75 IS keto. it depends on the person. in the case of a bodybuilder who lifts extremely heavy and is 255 lbs at 5'9" then thats Keto. 75 is bare minimum to sustain your bodily functions. and keep in mind i never said what the 75 is. it could be all vegetables or all pop tarts. i never said.
sodium is a huge problem. KETO diet is very easy to overconsume Sodium because people lean towards more meats and cheese and eggs. high sodium.
again the other problem with keto is too much Fat. eating 200g of saturated fat is not good. and i also wouldnt want 300g or more of fats per day.
im done talking about Keto. i already said it is not for everyone. certain people respond well to it. for most people its not good. and its also trash for trying to gain lean muscle. for cutting thats a different story. although i still wouldnt cut on Keto for myself personally.

perfectly said brother... i dont blame you on not wanting to talk about it.. as you said and i have said many times... its definitely not for everyone and personally, its not something i recommend.. to each their own and if it works for you, great but as we said, its not for everybody and i definitely fall into that category because i have always felt it to be unsustainable and ridiculous....
