Keto and sarms

Weekly man but like I said it's a stay lean while gaining lean muscle plan not the regular cut and bulk so the goal is not necessarily to cut like on a regular cut where fat loss is the only goal. So doing a weekly 24 hour refeed will not result in too much fat gain especially if u are already lean. The refeed is necessary because it will fill u up with glycogen and add lean mass while staying lean. Plus alot of people associate insulin spikes with immediate fat gain especially within the ketosis community but in reality an occasional refeed will benefit u way more as it will raise other fat burning hormones.

It's pretty much the same concept, I just prefer more of simple,less complex. Like fruit, rice ,veg & salads . Without bread/ pasta/. But regularly usually, below 20 or 30g. Due to malingering/unavoidable carbs??
 
Well during a ketogenic state or when trying to reach a ketogenic state u should try to stay below 20g net carbs but during the weekly refeed u can eat whatever carbs and try to load on them for energy to train during the week

Now do you like to refeed the day before you start your training or on the first day of your training?
Like if you train mon-sat, refeed on Sunday or Monday

Do the refeed on a Saturday do not worry about fat gain as this is a bulk/cut diet and one refeed a week will not cause any significant fat gain and the refeed will be more beneficial than anything. If fat loss is your only goal then go for a full on cut but if staying lean year round while still adding lean muscle interests you then this diet is effective something different from the traditional bulk and cut
 
A total SARMS Newbie and have been doing Keto for months now.

I am interested in experimenting with SARMS to see how it increases my fat loss but also spare my muscle.

Is there a recommended stack to cut while on Keto or should I just go with the recommended cut stack of Cardarine and Stenabolic?

If so, what are the recommended dosages and how long is the recommended cycle?

i answer every thread... i haven't seen any other threads of yours... Yes, absolutely you can run sr in this stack bro... that makes it the enhanced super stack which is the best sarms cutting stack you can run...
 
No can I run sr 9009 at 20 mg a day due to not having enough cash at the moment and trying to make this bottle last until I can get another
