First time I am seeing your transformation log. You got a great foundation and your back looks solid, got the v-taper going on. For those of us that are lacking in back development, what did you do to help bring it up? Just more volume in general? Anyways, good start and in to follow.
Back has always been a weak point for me but heavy rack polls did wonders for me this past offseason. I would do pyramid sets from 135 working all the way up to 600 then back down. Really helped develop my back especially thickness

Rack pulls and not deadlifts huh? I will make note of that for sure. Do the rack pulls allow you to put more emphasis on the back? Come to think of it, I see some dude at the gym doing rack pulls a lot and he has a thick, wide back. May be onto something here.
Noted on the rack pulls. I'm definitely gonna throw those in my rotation in the coming weeks.
Really drawing your scapula together at the top will give you that thickness and they'll also hit your traps like hell
