You can absolutely gain muscle while cutting. The SR9009 increasing your metabolism will also allow your body to utilize nutrients more efficiently, so that means more anabolism and a greater potential for gainsWeight has gone up around 2lbs out of no where while cutting, but the strange thing is i look leaner, more veins are showing mostly in the forearms, could i have gained some muscle while cutting?
Current macros are
200-270g proton
300-370g carb
80-90g fat
Days i don't go to the gym usually 3000kcal-3200kcal
Days I've got legs or back are usually 3500kcal and sometimes higher protein depending on work also.
I'm always changing calories and macros to adjust my activity for the day. Carbs are mainly oats, white rice, wholemeal toast. Proteins come from fish haddock or cod, sometimes tuna and a couple of shakes. Fats are maily peanut butter and olive oil.
But seriously I'm starting to get compliments by family members saying i look bigger, idk i think it could be in my head. Thing is though the evidence is there, nothing's changed and calories have stayed the same, but weight has gone up and more veins are showing.
Nice. You can defiantly put on muscle following that diet.
If it aint broke don't fix it bro!! Keep on killing it and let us know how its going.
I had a pretty good recomp this past winter with my sarms stack, sr9009 included.
i know phurious has had extremely strong experiences with sr as we have shared many conversations on it... the beauty of sarms is they are non catabolic, even when they are aimed directly at cutting... they prevent muscle wastage and allow you to cut while adding muscle...
well obvi its lean muscle right? or do you think its fat? like i said i have been on it twice now and my skeletal and lean muscle mass has went up both times
I meed to go order more actually. Lol
PHURIOUS
continuously monitor body fat throughout... im sure you are dropping body fat and adding muscle... caloric intake will determine how much size your putting on but sr will allow for you to cut regardless...
Dylan should i raise my kcals slightly and aim for a recomp instead?
