Introducing my self and answers for building muscle on mk-2866 (fasted)

Hi All, new to this forum, a bit about me below:

Age: 35
Height:6"2
Weight:174
Body fat %: 9-10
Years of training: 2 - mostly cutting.
Complete cycle history: Newbie
Goals: Build Muscle and minimize any fat gain before summer.
Supplements: Pre-Workout (Caffeine 350mg/Beta-alanine 4.8g) HMB/ Yohimbine / Creatine Mono. Switched to EC stack and finishing 8 week cycle.
General idea of nutrition: I follow a 40/40/20 macro split (P/C/F).
Any other relevant info: Fasted AM Training consisting of a 5 day full body split (4-6 rep range) - some isolation exercise (8-10 rep). No cardio. Very little experience in bulking. Although, without getting into details, I've previously competed in martial arts for over 10 years.

Just started (2nd day) mk-2866-sarmx - looking to run a cycle for 12 weeks+PCT as recommended on this forum....

Important to note: I do all of my weight training fasted AM and follow IF (yeah, I said it!). Currently on a reverse diet back to maintenance cals. I have very little experience in building muscle via lean bulk as I have mostly cut down to single digit body fat levels while maintaining or even building some muscle (newbie gains). I'm looking for some recommendations and answers from some of the bro's who have experienced and used fasted training or IF protocols to gain muscle, if that's even possible?

My specific questions are as follows:
1)Having regard to the AM fasted training, is it still necessary to take leucine/BCAA/HMB (any muscle sparring supplements) while on MK-2866?
2) In order to build some muscle without fat gain (I guess body recomp), would you still follow say a 300 cal defecit while on MK-2866 or would you structure cals slightly above maintenance cals (10%) to build muscle?
3) If building muscle requires a slight increase above TDEE cals and you don't want to put on fat (preparation for summer), is mk-2866 sufficient enough to minimize that fat gain or would I need to incorporate GW in there, which I assume would help with fat loss and fasted training as well?

I appreciate any help, thanks.

IF is Broscience it is meeting your total Macro's at the end of the day…you can eat once every 24 hours or eat 24 meals all day long.
End result is the same…..

Thanks, I'm not looking to get into a debate or question the science behind fasted training or IF, I follow it because it just works with my lifestyle and am able to adhere to it more easily than say having a pre-workout meal. I have limited time to prepare or have breakfast or do cardio, that's just how it is and quiet frankly I don't even enjoy having food before a workout, would rather have caffeine or pre-work supplement instead.

To answer your question though you can remain on your program while on MK-2866.
Any OTC sups/caffeine is fine to take
and start with a 250 cal surplus and then reevaluate your gains to 2-3 weeks and then re check

I've used mk2866 on IF before myself and it works great just like it does with any diet.

You need to keep in mind though that mk2866 is NOT a replacement for nutrients! I think you are confused there. You still need your bcaas during the fasting period like you do normally and your diet shpukdnt be structured for the goals you have no matter what compound you are on.

If you are looking for more fat loss I highly encourage adding gw and s4 to that making it the triple stack

Get everything you need from www.sarmsx.com

1-12 mk2866 25mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes preworkout

PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

Thanks for clearing that up Rick. Although, Im not looking to shed more fat but rather build muscle, I think there may be some unwanted fat gain during the process by virtue of building muscle even if I follow a lean bulk , so I'd rather err on the safe side and possibly include GW as insurance, maybe I'll lose some more fat while gaining muscle ?

How many bottles oF GW will I need for the 12 week cycle and PCT?

You would need 4 bottles of GW bro. The best thing to do is get the multiple bottle discount here https://www.sarmsx.com/discounts

remember something... diet is 80-85% of this.. mk is excellent because it is muscle sparing so it allows you to eat at a deficit but still put on size... which clearly goes for an excellent recomp because you can burn fat in the process but that does not replace your nutrients.. i dont care what you run, if you dont eat right and get the proper amounts of nutrients, you will not grow.... so...

1. yes, you DEFINITELY need to be taking leucine, bcaa's etc..

2. i would go 150-250 calories deficit to start... i generally start sarms users at 250 below and assess from there...

3. i would definitely incorporate GW here bro... if you want to maximize fat burning, then you can do far more adding gw here plus it enhances performance levels to such a high extent, you can get so much more out of mk
