So I'm here to learn all I can on how I can help improve my physique, after watching a few of Dylan's informative YouTube vids. Here are my stats:
Age: 37
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 230 lbs
Body fat: 14%
Been consistently training for 4 years
Never have used steroids
Eat clean 90% of the time
Goals: Looking to put on 15-30lbs lean mass
Need some advice or feedback on how to create the most simple and effective first cycle. This is my plan:
Week 1-10 500mg test E, .25mg arimidex eod, 50mg clomid eod
Week 11 300mg test E, .25mg arimidex eod, 50mg clomid eod
Week 12 200mg test E, .25mg arimidex eod, 50mg clomid eod
Week 13 .25mg arimidex eod, 100mg clomid everyday
Week 14 .25mg arimidex every 3rd day, 50mg clomid everyday
I plan on doing blood work through private md labs before, during, and after cycle.
Also, I can get Test E pretty easy, but getting arimidex or aromasin and clomid is difficult.
