Insulin, Are Insulin Gains Permanent?

I am 39 weight 130lbs 5'10, bf 9 to 11%

Goals gain 20lbs of muscle that I can maintain for a lifetime

keep in mind the reason I weight so little is because I have a very small frame (my bones are genetically small)
 
Insulin dude really insulin is the hormone responsible for nutrient uptake into your cells until you have acheived a physique that is beyond your natural potential . eating a surplus of high glycemic carbs postworkout is all the insulin spike you need . when your already 260 lbs solid and running 10 ius of pharm growth and needing 6000 plus calories a day just too maintain your physique then insulin is a very usefull tool because your body is not used too haveing too absorb these crazy amount of food your forcing the process. When your 6 ft 180 lbs 20 percent bodyfat .( average beginner) there is absolutely no reason. Ive had some inntermittant guys we use insulin with but they were well beyond begginers and ectomorph hardgainers who just couldnt eat enough it seemed like the more they ate the faster there metabolism burned this fixed it . but you need too go lift amd read

Alright 130lbs at 5'10 is not because your bones are "genetically small". It's because you don't know how to properly eat to grow. You should easily be able to put on another 50+ lbs and maintain the same bf% naturally. I know you're looking for help but especially in your case, nothing you take will give you what you're looking for if you don't know how to maintain it. I think it's pretty clear that nothing is permanent. Your body will adapt to what you give it. So steroids or anything, if you eat like a 130lb person, then you will be a 130lb person. Maintaining gains is key and if you don't know the basic principals of growth then you will struggle to maintain anything. What does your typical day look like in regards to nutrition?

You sound the reverse of people that say they are fat because they are (big boned)...the same people must have a giant bone in there ass and that's why it fat huh?

You need to learn how to eat...plain and simple

Sorry man I don't buy into that "hardgainer" excuse. That, to me, just means you need to work harder in the kitchen and eat. Force feed yourself if necessary. There are no shortcuts here. Have you ever tracked your diet? Calories/macros?

When I was talking about hardgainers I was refering too 230 amature competitors. At 180 lbs your tde is around 3200 cals if your really active and have a high metabolism getting in 3800 calories is not that difficult bro . listen Ill lay out a decent plan for a day as an example what Id give a hard gainer with your stats

3 whole eggs 1 cup egg whites
2 english muffins 1 tbs almond butter

8 oz chicken breats
1.5 cups white rice

8 oz white fish
300 grms red poatatoes
Asperigus


Workout intra drink
7grms bcaas
5 grms glutamine
50 grams karbolyn


2 soops whey isolate
Dunkin Donuts

Those are all small meals with higher glycemic carbs too speed digestion and increase insulin and appetite and will provide enough calories

listen bro until your really eating 6-8meals a day and nothings happening than you got a problem....first things first...eat your fucking ass off and hit the fucking gym...two years ago i was 145lbs, im around 215 right now and still pushing this shit...too many mother fuckers think a bowl of cereal, a sandwhich at lunch time, and a combo from mcdonalds is sufficient. Get your ass into gear stop trying to find a miracle cure and find a bulk diet plan, follow that plan

This right here is a nice layout. I eat similarly. As for the OP... in regards to your stats (and please try not to take offense), you really need to put some more work in at the gym and start eating as has been suggested.

So you were going to take something that can kill you, to help you eat more? Do you know how ridiculous that sounds? Bro, I'm just trying to help you here, but you have to be sensible and realistic. Insulin doesn't work that way. You need to figure out and get your body adapted to eating what's required....plain and simple. There is no drug or replacement for this, and you'll go nowhere until you fix that aspect
 
OP; at least you came here before you did anything stupid....a few things you need to know;

A) FORGET insulin even exists.
B) There's no such thing as a "hard gainer"...complete bro-science bullshit
C) 20 pounds of muscle in not "a little"

You need to learn how to eat, how to train, and how to be patient. If we knew your training split and nutrition protocol that would help us guide you...

You really dont even need to eat alot to gain just often and build up to it. Train right and get the rest days in and changes will happen
