And also the amount of protien you can synthesize and glycogen you can store at your weight needs an amount of insulin easily produced by you own body so an extra will only and ONLY cause fat storage in your case so double bad idea cause if you havent learned too eat right and train the gainz you get from insulin will be easy as hell too keep and youll be trying like hell too loose them (all fat)

100% agreed. If youre not capable of formulating proper nutrient intake and timing your meals, quantities, and frequencies... youll end up packing on a bunch of "midsection mass." I dont advocate or discriminate insulin use, but youve really gotta be next level in terms of training and diet with a physique well above your natural potential and extensive knowledge/experience with manipulating your bodys natural insulin uptake.
