Hi everyone.
Thanks Dylan Gemelli for all the great videos and helping me find a decent forum ?.
My stats: I'm 18, weigh 70 kg and I'm 172 cm in height(very short I know haha). I have been going to the gym for 2 years now along with playing rugby and doing athletics. I was privileged enough to play 7s rugby internationaly under 18 last year but I tore my hamstring completely... I was unpatient and started running 1 week prior to my full recovery date and soo I tore it a second time... It's been 6 months since the last time I tore it and even though I go to rehabilitation twice a week my leg is still not ready to run.
In this time I have been working hard in the gym everyday and maintaining a good dieet. I also used creatine and protein shakes which has helped alot in my strength... I do dumbell presses with 42kg each hand.Bicep curls 28kg and leg press 260kg.
I need advice because I'm new to this and although I have done tons of research I still feel uneducated. I'm thinking of taking steroids maybe hgh cause I really want to get a little taller since I'm soo short and I want to help my leg recover.I don't really care to get bigger since I'm already very big for my height.
I would really appreciate some advice on which steroid I should take and if I should take some at all.
