I'm new and love it so far but need urgent help

Hi everyone.

Thanks Dylan Gemelli for all the great videos and helping me find a decent forum ?.

My stats: I'm 18, weigh 70 kg and I'm 172 cm in height(very short I know haha). I have been going to the gym for 2 years now along with playing rugby and doing athletics. I was privileged enough to play 7s rugby internationaly under 18 last year but I tore my hamstring completely... I was unpatient and started running 1 week prior to my full recovery date and soo I tore it a second time... It's been 6 months since the last time I tore it and even though I go to rehabilitation twice a week my leg is still not ready to run.

In this time I have been working hard in the gym everyday and maintaining a good dieet. I also used creatine and protein shakes which has helped alot in my strength... I do dumbell presses with 42kg each hand.Bicep curls 28kg and leg press 260kg.

I need advice because I'm new to this and although I have done tons of research I still feel uneducated. I'm thinking of taking steroids maybe hgh cause I really want to get a little taller since I'm soo short and I want to help my leg recover.I don't really care to get bigger since I'm already very big for my height.

I would really appreciate some advice on which steroid I should take and if I should take some at all.

Welcome to AR bro. At your age, steroids should not be used. You can do damage to your system that can stay for the rest of your life. We have some very knowledgable people here that can discuss sarms with you. There are some awesome healing powers that come from sarms. But I won't be able to discuss the details due to the lack of knowledge on my side and I don't want to give you incorrect advice.

I was just thinking of taking hgh because I have read articles from people who has used hgh and says they have gotten taller.

I have looked into SARMS but I don't know much about itmore, info from people who has taken it would be appreciated.
 
You are wanting to take GH for the wrong reasons, and it doesn't work that way bro. It won't make you taller despite whatever bioscience you've read. If that was the case you'd see a lot of tall ass pros out there, but that's not the case. Once your growth plates are fused after puberty you can't make yourself taller.

GH is for people that are much older, like 40+ that have a deficiency in GH production. At your age, you have no business with GH or any steroid. All you need is a lot of good food and heavy training for growth.

Welcome to our forum, and we are glad to have you, but nobody is going to recommend GH or steroids to you buddy.

welcome to adrenaline rush bro... great to have you here... i have to stop you before you get any further though...

understand there is no way that anyone is going to advise you to or how to use steroids in any way shape or form at 18 and please do not bring up hgh until your in your 30's at the minimum... if anyone is giving you advice to use or how to use them they probably won't be allowed to stay because that's intolerable and unacceptable... one thing about adrenaline rush and my own personal belief is keeping the youth safe and not putting them in situations that will destroy them... even at 18 i would not advise sarms use either... your best bet is to get on natural supplements, work on your diet and training and do this the RIGHT way, not the way your looking because ultimately, you will destroy your life before it starts and NOONE and i mean NOONE here will be allowed to do that to you in any way, shape or form
 
Listen Little brother. You are way too young to be even thinking about doing this. Both RR and Dylan are right on the money here. But that does NOT mean we don't have a place for you here. You are still welcome and can learn a shit load about stuff here. This place is far more than just another steroid forum.
Hang around, ask plenty of questions. Get 3 posts in and you will be able to pm others for help in diet and training programs or whatnot. Or just post your questions in the open proper forums bro.
But please don't run out the door because no one wants to help you with getting or doing a cycle here. It's because we all care. And for your information, I didn't do my 1st cycle until my 30's. And I have trained off and on since 16. I'm 51 now.

and if you want a good start, go to a private lab and have some bloods done. See where your testosterone levels are. You may just be surprised that they are sky rocketing, and you are just lacking in the training and diet departments.

YES exactly... that does not mean you cannot be here nor that you are not welcome... it just means there are certain things you are not ready for and will not be advised on however there's PLENTY of other things to learn about in supplements, diet and training etc... PLENTY of people here, myself included, will be happy to help in any way we can...

This is a key word here. Especially with you young whippersnappers. There is no damn need to be in a rush. This is not a race. Cause if you treat it like a race, you will only let yourself down and not be happy. It's a Marathon brother. You have a whole life ahead of you to get big. I'd kill to be your age again and do it all over again. I didn't have the internet for getting valuable information when I was your age….

Maybe use something else? Or cut it out completely?

My current dieet consist of 90g-110g of protein and around 3000 calories per day with the supplements.

I will be on this forumas much as possible from now on and study all your tips. I will let you know how i progress and I also have a few friends that will like this forum soo I will spread the word.

you can absolutely use creatine... what are your goals? and what is your weight? your definitely not taking in enough protein...

I'm glad you are willing to listen and take the constructive advice you are given brother. We only want to help you here, and we can do exactly that. At your age, you are in the prime years for maximum natural growth potential, and you can make the most of it with the right diet and training program. You definitely need some help with diet I can tell already, as you need a minimum of 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Preferably even higher at 1.5g per pound. I'd be curious to see the rest of your diet as well, what kinds of foods, and amounts of carbs and fats you are consuming. This is crucial and you need to be tracking everything for starters.

The supplements like creatine, protein, and aminos are all fine to use. Just realize that nothing replaces a proper diet

Underdog.....Rick and Dylan...I first got their support ....talking like 2005..07 timeframe...I think wiht Rick...they are top notch for some advice here...especially at 18...man if I could do it over again.......welcome aboard man......you need anything....just a PM away.... Lets sort that diet out, then find a program you enjoy doing for working out.....if you don't enjoy it at first, its harder to stick with...

yes absolutely... dialing in your diet first is key.. that takes many years and even when you think you have it, you don't... finding that something that works at this time is most important... as you age, your body ages and things internally change and you have to accommodate that but at 18 you can get away with a million times more than you can as you get in your late 20's... some even earlier... however you are definitely not getting in enough protein and probably not even close to enough in calories for growth... then your training comes to question next... im sure that needs a lot of work and that's fine... thats another that ALWAYS needs tweaked etc... this is a long marathon, not a sprint in any way and you are capable of far more than you truly understand...

Welcome to the forum, as others have advised please do not use steroids at such young age, learn how to get your diet and training to near to perfect ;)
 
Wow I never realized. I would definitely want to get my dieet right but I'm not sure how? Or even where to start.
If you have any diets you could refer me to that would be great! And thanks again for al the help it is greatly appreciated

the best thing you can do is go to the diet and training section... post up what your desired goal is and your current diet and ask for help tweaking it to accommodate the goals that you have... trust me, you will get PLENTY of help you require and then some!
