Just wanted to give an update here. It's been 2 weeks since starting this. Reduced 200 calories, some days up to 400. Calories at roughly 3300-3400. 300g pro/60 fats/420 carbs. Fasting 16 hrs, feeding 11-7 or 12-8 depending on day. Breaking IF on Sunday to normalize things with the girl and kiddos. Not doing AM fasted cardio ED but about 2x a week as steady state for 30-40 minutes... In two weeks I am down 1.1% BF.
For some reason I can't find it, but I should have the info saved somewhere on my home PC, so if I find it tonight I'll post up a new thread with it bro
