I miss food...

I never even heard of sashimi.I just thought eating raw fish would be a good source of low fat/high protein.I'm far from a sushi connoisseur.


theres sauce, a lot of extra rice and other shit in sushi... not so much bro... sashimi is raw fish flat ass plain... its absolutely awesome.. i like halibut sashimi and yellow tail... ahi tuna is a good one too... thats one of the few things i will actually go out to eat... i LOVE sushi but sushi is not your best choice when cutting... a lot of times they fill it with things like cream cheese etc... its not nearly as good for you as you think.. sashimi is just plain like i said so its definitely the way you want to go...

I was wondering if you still did your food porn.

I've been on recomp mode for what seems like forever but is probably only 2 months. Eating the same shit day in and day out. I treat myself to a single cheat meal a week. It all seems terrible until I look at my weekly progress pic and see that slight improvement. I can't really complain, I get real food again on Thanksgiving
