I miss food...

You don't do low carbs high fat? Surely you could squeeze a fat 16oz steak in there...mushrooms and onions with grilled asparagus.. OMG the thought of it. And yes I said a 16oz steak.

I just try to avoid anything that cries out 'eat me'. That steak sounded so good. I still gotta cook dinner so I might do something weird today.
 
Bro this thread hits home big time for me. I'm at the tail end of a 16 week cut. I have been strict for 6 weeks at a time then throw in one cheat meal. It has been a rough freaking road and I am ready for a few weeks of not being so strict!!! Its freaking killing me!!! I want fries!!! I want a huge fucking porterhouse!!!

The only thing that has kept me sane is the mirror/compliments. I am actually starting to see my abs coming in (i haven't seen them since I was discharged from the Navy)! My shoulders are up and I am getting compliments like crazy from friends and family! But at this point I trade it all for a plate of Pasta!!! LOL
 
I used to eat steaks 3-5x a week, loved Gumbo, Moist Brisket and was still looking good % wise. Now all I eat is chicken, fish, beans, rice, if it's bland I've ate it since my son went to college. If you workout hard AF you may not have rippled abs, or the wife may not rain compliment after compliment on you, but you'll feel like you have a good enough life you can enjoy food. I miss Brazilian steak houses... I miss bacon, not turkey bacon, but real artery clogging swine bacon. I ate 6 eggs, 3 eggs whites over a bed of fat free refried beans with salsa... Huevo Rancheros 44 style for breakfast... tasted good but I coulda went to a restaurant and ate the same shit but tastier. I eat so many eggs I should shit a chick. My rice cooker is ALWAYS full of fresh rice, Greek yogurt and cottage cheese is 80% of my fridge, no sodas, just natural cranberry juice and water with lemon wedges... I think somebody owes me a damn cheat day, or two dammit. Who the fuck eats turkey burgers? This guy that's who. 44 is officially bland food wasted. When you eat you shouldn't be hungry 45 minutes later man... I want to eat a PB&J, but have only organic peanut butter and multi grain bread. I miss real regular foods and smart choices with them versus this self imposed nutritional dungeon. Bet I get some white bread and jelly and some Peter Pan PB tomorrow!!! Rant complete.


welcome to the world of gemelli bro... trust me when i tell you, i miss things like pizza and steak bad! i mean bad... i used to eat out, sushi a lot and i never gained any weight etc. but in my world, anything less than perfection is just unacceptable.. im not saying its the right way to think, because its probably not, but im also being honest... im not saying its right at all but i dont know any other way because i want to show that you are capable of anything... i completely understand where your coming from... im a big breakfast guy... i love hashbrowns and sausage and i never get those either... i make the food i eat fucking great but it does get old... ive been not cheating whatsoever for nearly 5 years man.. trust me, it wears on you... some day im sure i'll get past it, at least i hope lolll .... maybe you and i will go out for a fucking steak sometime bro... filet only! =)

Yeah I feel you, breakfast is rice and eggs, oatmeal and eggs, no sausage or bacon... I do eat toast with it. Sushi is a borderline healthy cheat, low fat chocolate milk. No pizza, no nothing too savory and yet being half Japanese I'm a bit predisposed to retain some bodyfat unless I just pound myself into a treadmill heart and soul. This HGH and Tren though has done a good job with refining my physiques appearance. I'm a big guy, I like to eat but I noticed that the more and more I focus on a goal my portions have gotten smaller and smaller. It's gonna be counter productive come winter bulk I fear.

I normally eat a little bit less confined, but the tren was making me look so damn nice and then I added the HGH and suddenly I was addicted to being a G4 jet versus a C-130 cargo plane.

no bro, you would want sashimi not sushi... your not doing good eating sushi but definitely good with the sashimi...

I never even heard of sashimi.I just thought eating raw fish would be a good source of low fat/high protein.I'm far from a sushi connoisseur.
