I used to eat steaks 3-5x a week, loved Gumbo, Moist Brisket and was still looking good % wise. Now all I eat is chicken, fish, beans, rice, if it's bland I've ate it since my son went to college. If you workout hard AF you may not have rippled abs, or the wife may not rain compliment after compliment on you, but you'll feel like you have a good enough life you can enjoy food. I miss Brazilian steak houses... I miss bacon, not turkey bacon, but real artery clogging swine bacon. I ate 6 eggs, 3 eggs whites over a bed of fat free refried beans with salsa... Huevo Rancheros 44 style for breakfast... tasted good but I coulda went to a restaurant and ate the same shit but tastier. I eat so many eggs I should shit a chick. My rice cooker is ALWAYS full of fresh rice, Greek yogurt and cottage cheese is 80% of my fridge, no sodas, just natural cranberry juice and water with lemon wedges... I think somebody owes me a damn cheat day, or two dammit. Who the fuck eats turkey burgers? This guy that's who. 44 is officially bland food wasted. When you eat you shouldn't be hungry 45 minutes later man... I want to eat a PB&J, but have only organic peanut butter and multi grain bread. I miss real regular foods and smart choices with them versus this self imposed nutritional dungeon. Bet I get some white bread and jelly and some Peter Pan PB tomorrow!!! Rant complete.
 
Dude I get the goal you are after, but cutting out things like occasional steak and brisket? You still need the proteins beef has!! Maybe not 3-5 times a week, but once or twice in moderate portion? HELL YEAH!! Ok, I can not get passed artery clogging bacon and those nitrosamine fats are not at all good, but add some thing back in to your diet in moderation!! I may not be fitness pofessional, but AM medical professional and I say is ok to add some of those things you miss back to your diet, just do not go in to far and over do it. As far as soda goes??? Who need that process sugar? That is of the things am glad to leave behind with exception of ginger ale. Some f the things you cut out are healthy, so indulge a bit! If you have to go for PB&J, make it Apricot Jam! You will benefit from the potassium in it. And remember, peanut butter is good fats!

I eat steaks like every 2-3 weeks now, but I wanna eat something bad for me just once all day one day and I think I'll be good for a few months. I want a store bought cake and ice cream! The whole cake too. Tomorrow is the cheat day of cheat days maybe...

Dude, go for APRICOT Jam! Its a cheat you can live with because benefits outweigh the negatives! Apricots are loaded with electrolytes and it makes it worthwhile! Cake and ice cream? I guess sounds good, but to be honest about me? I find I no longer think those things taste good like they used to and I would LOVE yogurt with granola and fresh fruit/blueberries instead any day, but is me! I do not know what happened to my cravings for the things I used to think was geat, like quarter pound cheese burger! Now that same burger will make me puke! Honestly!! lolol! I ate big piece of cake at my fiends baby shower and I could not keep it down, but I also know us Eastern Europe men never grew up with pocess sugar and bodies of ours can not deal with it!! Honey? Natural Honey? Not a problem!! White sugar? Not happening!!
 
I feel you bro. I'm not going to lie...I've been eating panda express, chipotle grill, and Chinese/Japanese buffet's 4-5 times a day everyday for the past 2 months. Best dirty bulk of my life LMAO.
 
Literally nothing else but those 4 resteraunts! Excluding the eggs and oatmeal I eat for breakfast. BTW everything I listed has plenty of bro food options...especially chipotle and panda express
 
I feel ya, I buy healthy cheats like natural stevia sodas, I also made some pumpkin pie cupcakes that were only 70 calories a piece. They tasted like 250 calories at least, was so surprised. I love satisfying my cravings but staying healthy

Yeah out of sheer hunger, I had half of it and got sick AF... dude I just wanna eat something with flavor other than chicken and fish, or a steak so small it leaves you feeling cheated. I think I'm just gonna up my sushi intake. I love that stuff. Still healthy, just a lot of carbs. I think the cry for cake and ice cream was me being HANGRY lol.

Sweet potatoe pancakes with sugar free syrup. Microwaved sweet potato with microwaved melted peanut butter on top (so damn good) with a packet of stevia sprinkled over the melted peanut butter. Home baked sweet potato fries (you have to be a good cook to not fuck these up and make them dry and flavor less).

Exactly! Shit is second nature to do so... I was just hungry as fuck and ticked yesterday because I was craving something sweet and of course the sweetest treat in my house is either greek yogurt, or frikking granola. When plain bread is considered a treat you got problems bro. When lemonade is a treat...problems. When mayonnaise is considered bad... you got problems!

You don't do low carbs high fat? Surely you could squeeze a fat 16oz steak in there...mushrooms and onions with grilled asparagus.. OMG the thought of it. And yes I said a 16oz steak.
