I used to eat steaks 3-5x a week, loved Gumbo, Moist Brisket and was still looking good % wise. Now all I eat is chicken, fish, beans, rice, if it's bland I've ate it since my son went to college. If you workout hard AF you may not have rippled abs, or the wife may not rain compliment after compliment on you, but you'll feel like you have a good enough life you can enjoy food. I miss Brazilian steak houses... I miss bacon, not turkey bacon, but real artery clogging swine bacon. I ate 6 eggs, 3 eggs whites over a bed of fat free refried beans with salsa... Huevo Rancheros 44 style for breakfast... tasted good but I coulda went to a restaurant and ate the same shit but tastier. I eat so many eggs I should shit a chick. My rice cooker is ALWAYS full of fresh rice, Greek yogurt and cottage cheese is 80% of my fridge, no sodas, just natural cranberry juice and water with lemon wedges... I think somebody owes me a damn cheat day, or two dammit. Who the fuck eats turkey burgers? This guy that's who. 44 is officially bland food wasted. When you eat you shouldn't be hungry 45 minutes later man... I want to eat a PB&J, but have only organic peanut butter and multi grain bread. I miss real regular foods and smart choices with them versus this self imposed nutritional dungeon. Bet I get some white bread and jelly and some Peter Pan PB tomorrow!!! Rant complete.
