Can we troubleshoot this?
I been sitting on 3000 cals a day, 350P/250C/75F as was suggested. Added light cardio = 20mins walking each morning. Still at 500mg test p/w, added cardarine at 20mg/day about a week ago.
I went for a DEXA today, three weeks later and I have lost like 9lb muscle and ZERO fat.
