Hitting Super Saiyan

All of my days revolve around bench, squat, DL, rows (I like pendlay but can't do them at home), or OHP. I am a strong believer that compounds reign supreme. At least for me at this stage in my journey.

You can't go wrong with the bread and butter lifts bro. Those should be the core to a good solid program in my opinion

Sorry if I missed it but what's your diet like? Are you wanting to bulk up a bit and are you eating over maintenance?

I'm pretty sure that he got a diet plan from one of the vets on the board.....I remember reading that in another thread.....so his diet should be on point...assuming he's following it :)

And you're off to a better start pinning than I did. My first pin was so bad...I was so nervous...ended up hitting a vein in my delt and ended up with a nice bruise that lasted nearly a week. The good news that I didn't know at the time is that nothing was going to hurt (pinning) as much as that first mistake!

I also did tren on my first cycle.....I haven't experienced tren cough yet (knocks on wood) but I've had EVERY other side effect. To be honest, I'm not sure I'll use tren again....its very harsh...but effective! For those who are curious, all of my gear was Hipo and its been spot on.

It's getting better. Lol. Alpha wrote one up for me. Did a great job on it. 5 meals a day. He gave me some options to add in if I need more or less carbs. And it wasn't just chicken meals 1-5 lol. I'm following as much as I can right now. Hope to lock it down a little better. Work is unpredictable at times. Main break down is 40/40/20 for the bulk. Obviously those numbers will sway a little when I add or take away a carb meal. Currently at around 500 calories over my estimated maintenance.
I plan to do a lean gain in the beginning and transition into a cut to see how it goes. Alpha will modify the meals as I transition. On a side note, I do have a plan B as far as meal prep goes that I will have to resort to if work continues to screw me over.
And I will say, when you eat right, especially for a bulk, it's expensive!

Delts are by far my worse. I hit my first pin of drol in the delt and it crippled me for 6 hours. The only pin that I've ever gave up and popped some pain meds.
And yea. Not on point with diet. But better than ever and working on locking it in.

Honestly bro, a bulk isn't expensive. You just need to know where to buy and shop the sales! I buy bulk chicken breast when it's on sale (usually $1.60-1.99/lb), bulk oats (69 cents/lb), bulk rice for 45-60 cents/lb, canned black beans/pinto beans (rinse them) for 70 cents a can, bananas are like 50 cents lb, frozen veggies 1-2 bucks for a huge bag, peanut butter is like 2 bucks for a regular jar, fat free/low fat cottage cheese is like 2bucks for a big container, eggs are dropping in price again (I just got 5 dozen medium for $3.75!).

Shop the sales, brother :).

Being on the bulk side I'm trying to have a variety more than just chicken breast lol. I don't want to get sick of it before I switch to it on the cut.

Dinner was 11oz ground beef and 1 3/4 cup mixed veggie. Adding a meal in today to see if I can handle it lol. Just have to up the calories. Dropped 2 lbs somehow.

You might wanna throw in a sweet potato or some rice in there if you're trying to bulk....

There carbs in 4 out of the 5 meals. Pushing around 300+ right now. I'm going to add the meal and if needed I'll up the carbs to all meals.

Well you said you lost 2 lbs... I think you need it... If you start putting on fat then scale back. I'm not a diet expert but it seems practical in this situation

I've been following the old school bodybuilders... They didn't track their macros... They added / removed carbs and added / removed a meal and switched up food choices as needed.

That's how I've always done it as well. But I wanted to at least attempt to follow alphas plan. Lol it's an experiment and as you said, if it's not working, I will change some stuff.

Well thanks for hanging out and being a part of it. I'll add as many as I can without making it stupid lol.

I think that is a solid plan for you. I do the same with all my cycles. I am in a slight surplus in the beginning and tradition to more of a cut the last half. It works well for me

That's good to hear. Most people I've seen stay away from it. They stick to one or the other

Agree with this. Get those carbs at! I'm over 400 atm and plan on upping them soon because I've stalled. Everyone is different though. Some guys gain well with higher fats than carbs, some the opposite. I say just eat ;).

Back was decent yesterday. Posing is hard to do. Much less when I have to try to take the picture myself lol. Here's one. Not a good angle as mentioned. I'll get the lady to take the next ones.

Today is chest day. And I'm about an hour away from pinning tren-X for the first time. Let's see what kind of preworkout kick this stuff has in it. Will update after the lift later.

Yes, and I don't understand that. Gains stall put and myostatin peaks out around 8 weeks into a cycle anyways....that's a physiological fact, so it makes no sense to continue to bulk when you can't add muscle. That's when I switched to a cut on every cycle and shred up right to the end. I do it each and every fucking time
