Hitting Super Saiyan

If this was my first Tren run I wouldn't add some crappy ass oral... I'd want to know exactly what Tren was doing... Just my 2 cents brother.

I would say go bread and butter: test and tren. Keep it light and let that tren do the work. I agree with all the vets in here!

A few shots of two weeks ago before starting. Up roughly 6-7 lbs from there. Will try to take pictures every few weeks or around there.

And I need to find a way to get some leg shots too. Those will be incoming at some point.

any good or bad feelings about the tren yet?

Injected Monday. Was a little sore for the first few hours, but that was also more oil than I've ever used at once. No issue pinning it all, just a little ache after. No tightening of the chest or cough which was a nice confidence boost for my next tren pin. Tomorrow will be my second pin. It can't take long to kick in with the no ester and ace. Can't wait to feel it in full.

Woo hoo! You didn't nick a vein ;).

Nice starting pics bro. Can't wait to see your progress!!!

Yeah sometimes when I pin my Delts I bleed a little bit and I always say to myself I'd probably be on the floor coughing if that was Tren.

I dribble blood from almost every injection. Sometimes just a drop. Sometimes a nice flow lol. I'm just hoping I am successful with the tren for good.

Thanks RR. Stoked myself. I'll put up what I can. Pics. Progress with weights. Anything I find worth writing lol.

Yesterday was a chest day. As some may know I'm limited with equipment because I'm in a small town and lift at a small gym at my work or at home with just the basic bars, bench, and weights. I have decided to do a focus on incline bench for the time being. Just to switch it up from flat for a while. Although I still do flat at the end.
So I did incline with the bar. Incline DB flies. Incline DB bench. Wide grip flat. Close grip flat. Cable flies. Tricep rope push down. Some single handed modified skull crushers and a couple curls.
Wrist and forearm feel to be around 80% healed. Wrist is better with straps. But the forearms spikes when the weight is positioned in things like flies, pushdowns, and curls.
Overall it was a good day. Tonight is my "off" day and consists of bowling lol. Tomorrow will hit legs and some shoulders.

Sounds like you're making due with what you got. Sticking to the basic, compound movements. Get swole!

All of my days revolve around bench, squat, DL, rows (I like pendlay but can't do them at home), or OHP. I am a strong believer that compounds reign supreme. At least for me at this stage in my journey.
