Just had surgery today, Doc said no training or work for at least 4 weeks [emoji107]. Right now all I can think about is my Valhalla stash I have waiting for me lol! Anybody here have experience with the healing process of hernia surgery?

I had same one repaired twice. First time was old school patch. I broke it again within 2 years. 2nd time Dr used new procedure at the time. Much bigger piece that goes inside muscle lining. I assume same thing you had.
My Dr said do whatever I want after a month but might be sore.
But no chance of tearing it again

Pretty much what he told me except that I will be more prone to get another hernia in a different location.

4 weeks? More like 8... I guess it depends on the severity of your hernia. I had the surgery 10 years ago and it definitely took a while to heal.

I keep hearing mixed reviews, I go back in two weeks for a check up I'll just take it one day at a time. I hate not being able to train or anything but watch tv!

Personally I would dose some MK-2866.I wish I knew about it back in 2013 when I had my shoulder surgery.I have no doubt it would have cut my recovery time in half. The reason I'm saying this is because I tore my other rotator cuff a year later & didn't get surgery but dosed MK-2866 & it felt like it actually HEALED the tear. The MRI's say different but I know how I feel & my tore shoulder is just about as good as my repaired one.

Good luck with your recovery!

If I was going to run it would I wait till I start training again or as soon as I can? And thank you!

Had a surgery to repair a Umbilical hernia. Took about 2 months to heal, then I eased back into training for the next month. No problems.

I would do it right away while in recovery. The gainz aren't that great from MK-2866 from what I've experienced but it truly is like "healing in a bottle".I can't believe the pharmaceutical companies aren't jumping all over it.It made all my ailments (lifetime in construction) feel better.

I'm going to have to get some. I know Dylan speaks very highly of the stuff I've never ran sarms. I did pick up some GW for my test tren cycle tho

It's my favorite sarm above all.Just because of the healing aspect of it.I have a bad back, bad knees, bad shoulders, elbows, etc. When I'm on that everything feels better. It's like the best "old guy" sarm.lol

lol I'm definitely going to pick some up. It's a bit pricey so I'll wait till next pay day and get 3 bottles. I have bad knees as well from my job, so hopefully it helps with that as well! Thanks for the input bro!

You're welcome bro.Yeah the 3 bottle deal is the best way.I hope it helps you as much as it did me.Here's to a speedy recovery!

I had a huge inguinal hernia. Had to have emergency surgery, tore it lifting lol. Doc said it was the largest hernia he ever operated on. Told me I needed to wait 1 year to lift. Was back in gym 4 days later curling 70's, no heavy presses, no heavy squats. Checking surgical glue and stitches after each set. I will admit that I think I rushed it as I do get occasional pains there randomly. I lift, it's what I do. Surgery happens time to time. Gear helped me heal faster than normal I feel.
