For my first thread here, let me start by saying I am an idiot that was dooped by a local nutrition store. That said, I need solid advice on where to go from here. I had just gotten back into weight training after many years off and decided to give a new chain a chance. First month they sold me pre workout, protein, amino's, and nitric oxide boosters. Second month, come back and they say I should start their SARMS, which consisted of a stack of RAD 140, GW, and YK-11. Completed that and noticed pretty much nothing but minor weight loss, which was fine because I was trying to loose in my stomach area. This month I told them I wanted to increase muscle mass, so I was sold DMZ, RAD 140, LGD 4033, and Liver guard. Three weeks in and no mass gain and no strength gain. Started researching, (far to late I know), and learned about how the powdered caps are not real SARMS and that Rise Neutracuticals is pretty much junk. I immediately quit the LGD and RAD. However, I did not quit the DMZ because I don't have a PCT lined out. I was not told I would need a PCT, but come to find out, I'm taking a pretty hefty dose and it is highly recommended that I PCT. I would like to get on a true SARM like the ones recommended here, but I'm scared sh*tless about what I am doing now. What does everyone recommend for PCT (liquiclo and liquinol?) and how long should I wait before starting up the liquid SARMS? Also, I see this site sponsors SARMSX, but I also see SARMS1 touted by the same folks. Any difference or are both good sources?
