I'm new here, and I need some advice / opinions that hopefully you all can help me with. I'll admit that I've irresponsibly taken gear in the past without proper OCT/PCT therapy. I'm looking to do it right this time and need some advice on OCT/PCT. Here's what I'm going to run...
Tbol 40mg (per day) - 8 weeks
Test E 500mg (per week) - 12 weeks
Deca 400mg (per week) - 12 weeks
So, in the past I hooked up with a Dr. that was giving me Test P 200 mg (per week), injectable aminos, Anastrozole EOD, and HCG (I can't remember the dosage). I wasn't seeing the results that I did when I was (irresponsibly) taking some gear in the past. I'm not sure if it was the dosage, diet, age, or reason why things didn't work out, but I'm here now and looking to move forward. Any suggestions as to what I should do would be much appreciated!
Age - 36
Height - 6-0
Weight - 190lbs
Body fat % - Not sure, but pretty lean.
Years of training - 6-7 years
Complete cycle history
PCT for each cycle
Goals - 10-15lbs of lean muscle
Supplements - some bullshit GNC protein and oral aminos
General idea of nutrition - could stand to learn more. my diet isn't great but not too poor
Any other relevant info - no injuries or allergies
