gyno and steroids

Hello Dylan,

I'm in need of some advice. On choosing the right sarms and, peptides for myself. My situation is different from most. Being that I am currently on TRT (100mg a week) and, have been for almost three years now. I also, have gynecomastia from a side effect of a brand name sphyc medication that, did not list it on its warnings. Yeah....it totally sucks.
I can't afford surgery either.
My question is. What would you suggest for someone like myself to take to continue to put on lean muscle. While permanently having gynecomastia. I want to take my self to the next level but, I need to safe in my choices.
I'm 5'10 196lbs. I do not know my exact body fat but, I would consider myself to be lean. Please, any information you can give me. Would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for all your informative videos on YouTube.

you would never use steroids already having gyno, thats not even an option... i would never advise that... how old are you? i need to know your body fat to make any sort of recommendation... EVERYONE says they are fit and then they show a pic and its so far off so i have no clue what that even means... if you are looking to be safe, then you need to drop steroids from your mind until you get your gyno treated and corrected.. if you cannot afford surgery have you considered running an anti gyno protocol?

I am 37. As of the 9th of this month 1489268654088-48305032.jpgI started running letrozle and, tamoxifen.

Lookin pretty lean man. Decent physique, I have mild gyno myself, nothing too bad, people can't really tell unless I point it out but there's not much you can do unless you get surgery, how long have you had the gyno for? The anti gyno protocol only works if it's a recent flare up of gyno usually from steroid use. If the tissue has already formed it's pretty much set and stone
