Hi Dylan I know your busy answering lots of questions so il try keep it as quick as possible.
Wanting to run GW501516 on my 8-12week cut as a standalone for my first ever cycle.
Aim- to lose bodyfat whilst retaining as much muscle as possible.
Q1)I have read countless times how 20mg per day is the optimal dose to lose body fat however, I don't know whether I need to taper up to this though or should I start at 20mg every day for the 8-12weeks?
for example if I was to taper I would imagine
week1-10mg
week2-15mg
week3-20mg(and continue for the 8-12weeks)
Q2) When I finish my cut and suddenly discontinue use of GW should I keep my calories at the same level for a few weeks and then gradually increase to start my lean bulk just as I would if I was cutting 100% naturally?
This may sound like a simple question but I just want to make sure I have no side affects whatsoever. Just afraid to discontinue use and experience anything unplanned.
My age is 18years old(almost 19) and ive been studying the art of bodybuilding along with the anabolic side of it since I was 15. I've never supplemented with any sort of performance enhancement before because i feel the potential sides are not worth it to me. Overall health and long gevity is my main concern when considering what to run for my first ever cycle and as you can imagine I'm quite nervous. Id say I have average genetics with my height being 6foot 4 weighing 226-230lb at 14-15% bodyfat at the end of my "bulk". Only looking to get to around 10% so I have a fresh base to begin my lean bulk again. Will probably never use AAS as I don't have current desire to compete whatsoever. I just simply love the lifestyle I'm living and want to take it to the next level by starting extremely small with this sarm.
