So...been on GW for 7 days. Noticed slight improvements. I can sustain an effort a bit longer. A bit harder. For ex: I went on a 20 mile climb on my road bike. It's about 3000ft elevation to the top. The last 25min-30min of the ride I decided to pick up the pace. I was sustaining a heart of 168-175bpm. Funny thing is I can probably hold a conversation and not be gasping for air....

This can't be real...are the gains going to be more pronounce the rest of the cycle...so far I'm speechless. Maybe in shock...

LOL yes you are just beginning my friend it keeps on going and going like the damn energizer bunny, just when you think you have peaked out BAM it kicks in again. it is truly incredible and i am glad you like it and took the chance i know in the beginning it sounds a bit like snake oil hahaha but it is for real

well i've got news you my friend, what you think is so profound right now, is nothing compared to where you will be... you are growing your vo2max right now... so what is occurring is the capacity of work ability is lengthening each day you use GW and push past your threshold... it will only continue to grow throughout the cycle... so get ready bro, your just getting started!

Day 16 today...sorry 2 days behind on my 2 week update. So far what I noticed is a stready increase in my endurance. As for my weight, I lost about 3lbs from day 1. I haven't change my diet. Pretty excited what the 3rd week will bring...

After 21 days of GW, I feel good. A bit leaner. How long do I cycle the GW, 4 weeks, 8 weeks...etc? Getting to stack it with SR9009! Or should I take the SR on its own..?
 
you are female correct? you can go up to 16 weeks then off for a week or 2 and back on, you just don't want your body to get used to it is why you need to come off. and yes you can stack it with sr9009 anytime you want and it is going to be incredible. great job so far you are just getting started with those gainzzz

16 weeks of both GW and SR then take 2-3 weeks off and you can start again...
 
.25 5-6 times a day 2-3 hours apart. so it would be the first notch. aaaand how is that gw treating you? I bet awesome as expected you are about to take a wild ride adding the sr in woohoo
 
Sarmsx carries what you need.

No known sides to these things. The results are not very strong either so its not going to just blow you away or anything. Its pretty mild.
Stacking them together is ok to do.

Starting the SR 9009, how much is it exactly in the dropper? Does of 5mg...

one full dropper is 20 mg with sr9009... you dose it 30 mg per day and you take 5 mg doses every 2-3 hours... thats 1/4 dropper each dose
 
Well...had a good experience with the GW & SR. Though...I think GW is great just by itself.

Anyways...I'm thinking of trying roids. I never have before, so this will be the first. My choice is Turinabol or Tbol. Any suggestions what to stack it with? Length of cycle and dosage? Also, recommendations for the PCT..!?

what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat?
