Avg 150 lbs, currently at 147 lbs
12% body fat

there's no way on the planet earth you can run steroids at that weight!! you are nearly 30 pounds underweight... you will destroy yourself using steroids this way.... you need to learn how to eat and train first... what on earth do you eat during the day?? you can't say its your metabolism at 44 years old... we MUST correct your diet first...
 
Ya....I figured you guys would say I'm underweight. Lol...I always been like this. I do have a fast metabolism. My sports is running or biking. Occasionally hit the weights. I eat a lean diet 5-6 meals a day.

you can definitely enhance your metabolism through endurance training but brother, ive been doing this FAR too long to accept that as an excuse to be that far underweight at 44 years old... im sorry but your metabolism is not that fast to the point where you should be 30 pounds underweight... im not trying to give you a hard time but that excuse just wont fly because its over exaggerated constantly... you cannot use steroids this far underweight... you will not be running or biking long, thats for sure... you will set yourself up for constant injuries and at your age, thats not anything you are going to want to be dealing with... every year, your recovery from injuries gets a little bit more difficult and it only gets harder every year...

i definitely want you to add weight brother but if you do it too rapidly when you are that undersized, you can shred your joints, ligaments, tendons etc and then succumb to continuous injury... so we have to go about it properly...

the first thing is to address your diet... can you post a typical day of eating and perhaps your maintenance calories each day?

you can absolutely go with sarms to help here too.. you can enhance your size and muscle gain but in a cleaner way and not too rapid... i have a great cycle for you to go with...
