I am finished my mini pct following a healing stack to fix my joints up (it did). I extended the GW for an extra month in the pct as I am on a Train-Cation in mexico and wanted the cardio... And the chance to see if Gw on its own was as great a Coach Dylan says it is (it is!!); it had great adaptation.
I am now torn between: Gw/S4 vs. Gw/MK2866.
I am sold on GW hands down. I like the bone-joint integrity side of MK2866 but I have read that S4 also contributes to bone-joint integrity.
I have heard coach Dylan speak highly of gw/s4, so. You would imagine that is my inital leaning.
My interest is in staying lean, keeping strong joints, endurance, recovery. Strength is not a problem for me. My training focus is as a fighter.
What would the difference between the two cycles be? Or is there an individual component to this stuff.
... I will likely try both. I am keen to explore duos for my next several cycles. (Gw/Mk2866, Gw/S4, SR/Mk2866, SR/S4, SR/Gw)
I am Interested in your thoughts.
