On Thursday November 26th I began my lean mass stack with the help of Dylan and Rock.
Stats as of Thursday 11/26/2015
Weight 172
Height 5'9
Age 25
Lifting off an on for a couple yeara.
Diet
Carbs 120 to 140
Protein 240
Fats 50 to 75 ranges with craveings
Average 5 day a week meal layout
Food layout carbs/ protein/ fats
Breakfast MEAL 1
Xtra light butter 1 tbsp 0/0/3
Egg whites 1 cup - 0/24/0
Lucerne clean yokes 6 tbsp 2/10/0
Banana 25/1/.5
protein shake isolate 4/20/1
TOTAL = 31/55/4.5
2nd Meal
2 can of albacore tuna 0/56/0
1 tbsp low fat mayo 2/0/1
Pre made salsa 3/0/0
1 srv flax seed bread 18/6/4
Total 23/62/5
3rd Meal
8oz chicken breast 0/52/6
1/2 to 3/4 tbsp xtra olive oil 0/0/10
6oz sweet potato 34/2/0
4oz broccoli 7.5/3/0
Total = 41.5/57/16
4th Meal sometimes either or
6 oz chicken breast 0/39/4.5
1/2 tbsp oil 0/0/5
Shake 4/20/1
Total = 4/59/10.5
Snack in the day when craveing
1.5 oz snap peas 20/7.25/7.25
Total for the day
119.5/240.25/43.25

Any advice or tips are greatly appreciated.
So far I have missed 7 lbs since my drastic carb reduction. Thanks to rock and PHURIOUS.
I'm looking to shred uo and put on lean mass. Hell as long as I burn some of my back fat that just won't seem to go away I will be happy.
I train 5 to 6 days a week, eat clean, and sleep well.
Dylan or rock or to anyone that can steer my in the right direction, I would be greatly appreciated

Oh and I'm asking advice because I am totally new to the cutting game. I have never done a serious cut.
