Im currently on gw for one week now and havent seen any significant gain on endurance from it. Im dosing 5 morning 5 afternoon. I do crossfit and i already have a good engine i just want more. Not worried about fat i just want performance. When did yall see better endurance and did ya do better splitting the dose or full before workout. I usually workout at 5 pm and did it help recovery at all. Preferrably want to hear from other crossfitters but will take all comments
 
Im having a friend who keeps complaining he is out of breath take it starting today.
Il keep you posted if I see anything or hear anything from him about it improving the situation.

Dosing 5 what morning and afternoon?
If it's pills... I hate to break the bad news to you.. You aren't taking GW... GW isn't bioavailabe in powder form.. So if it's not a liquid suspension you are taking God knows what... Most likely a prohormone
If you are taking 5mg in liquid you are way under dosing
When I take GW.. I feels it's effects within days....the proper dosing is 20mg before work out

Take it all in one dose before your workout. Try ~1hr and then adjust a little if needed. Personally Im a 2hr guy but I know some that are more like 30min before workout.
 
Nope im taking gw from sarms1. I know its not like a preworkout so didnt know if splitting the dose mattered or shoukd do it before workout

That could be you're problem right there. Idk about their GW. Probably fine but they have had inconsistencies in the past so who knows.
 
Ive never used sarms1 but I would guess that you wont get much good feedback here. Lets just say that hypothetically you truly do have properly dosed GW, the theory that "10 a day is good for endurance and 20 a day for more fat loss" is irrelevant if you are seeing no benefits at all from the lower dose. If you said, "I drink a cup of coffee every morning for energy but it gives me no energy.....but Im going to keep doing it", it would make no sense. So, I would change it up. Perhaps you react differently. Again, that is based on properly dosed authentic GW.
 
Sorry brother but Sarms1 is known for selling very underdosed crap. GW from sarmsx gave me the endurance of a machine. This was while using Tren, which can cause serious cardio issues. GW reversed them and then some.
 
Gw has a 24hr half life no need to split the dose up. Gw is great but not a miracle drug. You need to keep on hitting it. It builds up over time and in about a month you will see some pretty nice results.

I've used GW a few times for the endurance, fat burn, and cholesterol reducing characteristics. I've noticed a slight uptick in my endurance while taking it...nothing earth shattering but my wind is a little stronger than when I'm not on it.

You also should be running 20mg per day regardless. For both endurance and fat loss, thats,where it really shines

Having never used SARMS1, I cannot say anything good or bad about them. I DID use SARMSX (When they were PE SARMS) and LOVED it. 20 -30mg a day is my sweet spot, and it takes me 2 to 3 days to start feeling it. I am abnormal in that, though, as most people start feeling it right away.
 
I'm not a sponsor or a seller, but I promise you if you have real GW, and if you take 20 milligrams a day, doesn't matter if its first thing in the morning or pre workout, you will feel the effects within 2 days! I promise you! If you get blood work on it, you will notice an improvement in your cholesterol ratios and your blood sugar as well.

Me and a friend have taken GW from SarmsX and love it. Not sure where you got your dosing instruction, but it sounds like crap to me. And never used sarms1 but from the horror stories, I'd say you got under dosed or fake GW.

yep I have only used sarmsx or pure essence and I felt it around day 3 or 4 max never heard any good shit about sarms1 sorry bud you need to dump that shit

I'm on my 5th week of a 12 week cycle that includes 20mg/day of GW (sourced from sarmsx).

The increase in endurance is about as obvious as being slapped in the face... Really became noticeable for me early in the 2nd week... At this point I feel like I could spend half a day in the gym just killin it!
