Im currently on gw for one week now and havent seen any significant gain on endurance from it. Im dosing 5 morning 5 afternoon. I do crossfit and i already have a good engine i just want more. Not worried about fat i just want performance. When did yall see better endurance and did ya do better splitting the dose or full before workout. I usually workout at 5 pm and did it help recovery at all. Preferrably want to hear from other crossfitters but will take all comments
