GW-501516 as a preworkout

Yeah, it's all breathing and developing a cadence. I was the same mind of cardio 15 years ago. I absolutely love it now! Clears my head and I feel grrrrreat when i'm finished. I do my cardio one of three ways. In order of preference; 5-10 mile trail around a beautiful lake, hill sprints, or the Stairmaster at the gym.

Brother Masonic you rock! I was just getting ready to ask about cycle length. I love this forum!
Yep, 16 weeks you can run it, then just take 2 or 3 weeks off and you are good to go for another 16

i start my day everyday except Sundays which i take off, with 75 minutes of cardio... there is no better way to start the day... i feel energized and ready to rock every day as soon as im done... GW only enhances this and pushes you to limits you never knew possible... the beauty of it as well, when you running it as a standalone is that it requires no pct and you can run 16 week increments and only take 2-3 weeks off before starting again...

Wow! Yeah I need to throw in a couple more days a week. I do love the iron though too! The beauty of the trail is that it's been proven to be the best surface to run on. Or, a close, close second only because it's flat with no grades but equal on the give would be those quarter mile high school tracks that are made of recycled tires. I totally feel you on how cardio energizes the whole day. You feel on top of the world afterwards!

i lift in the evening... just because your doing high amounts of cardio does not mean you skip on any lifting... you do both bro... be careful running outside too often... you need to be on a shock absorbing treadmill or your going to end up with a lot of problems with your hips, knees and joints as you get older... longevity is the key

I agree. Cool cool thing about some treadmills is you can increase the grade on them. I do take a glucosamine/chondroitin/msm supplement. Oh and by the way, after watching the one video on energizing foods and supplements, I took to adding in a super absorbable CoQ10 with limonene. You are right brother, the heart is the most important muscle! Just wish other brothers realized it ya know.
