Hey guys!

I’m thinking about running a 8-12 week cycle of LGD to break this plateau I’ve had over the past 3-4 months.
Age 21
Weight 150
Bf 16%
Been working out for 6 years

Any comments or suggestions greatly appreciated!!

What plateau? Change diet or training first...

I’m in the process of joining the military so I’ve been focusing on my run times and calisthenics the most, however I weight train as well.

I’ve been tracking macros for 4 years now and I changed them around back in September and didn’t see any change, so I changed them again around the 1st of December and still no difference.

I change my workout every month so I’m always keeping the body guessing and so far I haven’t had an increase in my push-ups, pullups, bench, or any of my other lifts.

It’s became very frustrating and it has made me unmotivated because it seems like everything I do is just a waste.

I supplement with protein, creatine, and bcaas right now. But, I’m planning on putting my order in for LGD tomorrow. I feel like it will help me break this plateau and hopefully I’ll retain atleast 75-80% of the gains from it.

are you sure about lgd? you dont reach a plateau at 21 years old... i know things can be frustrating but often times its your diet and not your training that needs tweaked... what exactly is your specific goal?

I'm also curious what your specific goals are. There may be better sarms suited for what you are trying to accomplish. You have a great slate and base to work from. It's just a matter of what your specific goals are

Carbs seem pretty high to me based on your stats and being female

My specific goal is to increase my pullups and push-ups and to improve my run and swim time. I’ve been working towards this specifically for a year and over the past 2-3 months I’ve been getting the same exact numbers and I’ve changed up my workouts and everything.

My carbs are that high because I run Monday-Saturday and swim 4x a week.

Sounds like your pretty on point with your nutrition and sarms would be the next logical step. However for your goals i would look at stacking GW501516 with MK2866 as a mild first cycle.

GW specifically because it significantly enhances endurance, it seems your goals are more cardio based and therefore GW and/or SR9009 would suit you better.

MK2866, because of your high volume training will help you recover faster as i suspect this may be the main reason your not making as much progress in your strength oriented goals. It has many many other benefits but this is the main reason i suggest it.

well thats all i needed to know... gw501516 is going to be huge for you for the endurance benefits... you didnt make it clear what you were stalling out on... i would go with the triple stack... gw for endurance, s4 for lean muscle and explosive power and mk2866 for healing, recovery, strength and lean muscle... here is the layout...

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day 30 minutes prior to workout or a.m.
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 mk2866 12.5 mg per day first two weeks then bump to 25 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.

With this being my first cycle, I really only want to do 1 maybe 2. What if i started mk2866 and then added in Cardarine after 2-3 weeks?
